Mall receiving is its own job: narrow docks, booked bays, timed access, and in some centres no dock at all. The equipment is matched to the centre before the route is built, not at the door.

Dock delivery ends when the freight is signed for at the receiving door. White glove carries on inside. The crew brings the freight into the store, puts it where your staff want it, takes the wrap off and leaves with the empty pallets and the packaging.
It suits new store set-ups, pop-up stores, fixtures and displays that have to be on site for an installation date, and regular replenishment at stores where nobody has time to break down a pallet.
White glove is booked stop by stop on the same order as the delivery, so one store program can mix it with ordinary dock drops. It is available for stores across the Lower Mainland, Calgary, Vancouver Island and the Okanagan.

Do you offer white glove delivery to stores?
Yes. It takes the delivery past the receiving door and into the stockroom or onto the sales floor, placed where your staff ask, with the wrap, pallets and debris taken away. You book it with the delivery, for stores across the Lower Mainland, Calgary, Vancouver Island and the Okanagan.
What is the difference between dock delivery and white glove?
Dock delivery ends at the receiving door. The freight is signed for there and your team moves it from that point. With white glove the freight goes on to the stockroom or the sales floor and gets unwrapped, and the pallets and packaging leave with the crew.
Can you deliver before the store opens?
Yes, on an early slot, so the freight is inside and the floor is clear before customers arrive. Send the store's receiving hours and any mall access rules with the booking and we plan the window around them.
Do you take away the pallets and packaging?
The wrap, empty pallets and debris go out with the crew. Empty totes, or equipment being swapped out of the store, can come back on the same visit to your distribution centre or to our dock.
Can you receive fixtures and hold them until an installation date?
Crated fixtures and displays can land at our Vancouver or Calgary floor first. We check them against the packing list, hold them until the install date, and deliver each store's share when the installers need it. In October 2026 we did this for four Holt Renfrew store openings across Canada.
