What we bid on

Rolls Right is a Canadian trucking and warehousing company, founded in 1976. We own our own assets and service all of Canada, with warehouses in Vancouver and Calgary. We bid on Canadian lanes only.

Much of our work is for retailers and the brands that sell to them. We have been a carrier for Costco Canada for over 20 years and deliver to every Costco depot in the country: Langley, Airdrie, Vaughan and Varennes. Our own trucks are in the Langley and Airdrie depots every week and go in and out of malls such as Metropolis at Metrotown, Guildford Town Centre and CF Chinook Centre every day.

Some large brands use us for Western Canada only. Others, such as a global outdoor apparel brand, use us worldwide. For some brands we handle the import containers directly and deliver to their distribution centres.

Questions about sending an RFP

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Send your NDA first and we will sign it before you share volumes, customer names or pricing.

Can you bid on sites outside British Columbia and Alberta?

Yes, anywhere in Canada. We own our own assets and service all of Canada, and we bid on Canadian lanes only. Send the whole tender and we will answer every site and lane in Canada.

Do you work with consultants and 4PLs?

Yes. A consultant or 4PL running a bid for a client can send it the same way. We work under your NDA and quote to you.

What comes with your response?

Your completed templates and answers and a company overview, plus a certificate of insurance on request. We are a registered SmartWay Transport Partner with Natural Resources Canada and connect to customer systems by EDI and API.

Where should a single load or a short storage need go?

The quote pages are faster for that. Freight quotes go straight to dispatch and warehousing quotes to our warehouse team.
