1. Eligibility

    

1.1 This promotion (“Offer”) is valid only for new business accounts opened with Rolls Right Inc. (“Rolls Right”) on or after September 24, 2025.
1.2 “New business accounts” are defined as businesses that have not previously held an active account with Rolls Right in the past.
1.3 The Offer is limited to one (1) redemption per company, including all subsidiaries, divisions, branches, and affiliated entities, regardless of billing address or account structure.
1.4 Duplicate, fraudulent, or multiple applications from the same company or affiliated entities will not be eligible.
1.5 Existing customers, prior applicants, or reinstated accounts are excluded.

2. Offer Details

2.1 Eligible customers will receive:

• One (1) $100 discount applied to a single order with a minimum order value of $200 (before taxes, fees, and surcharges).
• One (1) $100 gift card redeemable from a curated list of retailers chosen by Rolls Right.

2.2 The $100 discount is applied once per account, to one invoice only, and cannot be:

• Carried forward to future invoices;
• Split across multiple invoices;
• Redeemed for cash, credit, or account balance.

2.3 The $100 gift card is issued only after:

• The customer’s account has been verified as eligible; and
• The customer has completed their first qualifying order, invoice paid in full.

2.4 Gift card retailer options are subject to availability and may change at Rolls Right’s sole discretion. Customers may select only one (1) retailer. Once selected, the retailer cannot be changed.

3. Restrictions

3.1 This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, rate discounts, credits, or negotiated agreements.
3.2 The Offer is non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or assigned.
3.3 Any misuse of the Offer, including but not limited to attempts to submit multiple applications, use of affiliated entities, or provision of false information, will result in disqualification.

3.4 Offer applies only to eligible logistics services as determined by Rolls Right.

4. Duration

4.1 The Offer is valid from September 24, 2025, until the campaign close date, as determined by Rolls Right.
4.2 Rolls Right reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, with or without notice.

5. General Conditions

5.1 Rolls Right reserves the right to verify eligibility and may request additional information or documentation to confirm account status.
5.2 Rolls Right is not responsible for technical errors, system outages, or delays that may prevent eligibility confirmation.
5.3 By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
5.4 Rolls Right’s decisions regarding eligibility, redemption, and any disputes arising from this promotion are final and binding.
5.5 Rolls Right is not liable for any lost, stolen, or expired gift cards once issued.

This promotion shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
